Amazing Care, Home Health Services is hiring for a Quality Assurance Coordinator for a full time position to be based out of our Westminster Office.  Ideal candidates MUST have prior QA experience, Home Health experience preferred and be detail oriented, computer literate, and have a pleasant demeanor.

QA Qualifications: Current RN or LPN license in the state of Colorado.  Ability to learn, assimilate and apply principles of current health care practice.  Ability to organize work procedures, assume responsibility and effectively communicate with staff.  Excellent problem-solving techniques and abilities. Is knowledgeable of the statutory and administrative rules of State and Federal guidelines.

PERFORMANCE STANDARDS: A) Assists with organization and direction of the quality assurance program. B) Monitors quality and appropriateness of services and products. C) Evaluate the effectiveness and outcomes of care. D) Performs routine client care record audits. E) Informs staff about home health statutes and administrative rules. F) Implements administrative policies and procedures relating to Agency activities. G) Maintains confidentiality of Patient and Agency matters. H) Reviews charts to ensure that all services were performed under a physician's orders. I) May sit on various committees within the agency.
